Folds are quiet and adaptable. Scottish Folds make good traveling companions, are wonderful with children, and get along with other pets. Scottish Folds love human attention but are not at all demanding and do fine when they are left alone.

All Scottish Folds are descended from a barn cat named Susie. The unique ears of the Scottish Fold are the result of a genetic mutation.
