What a great site!!! I am very happy with the results of my posting. After a few people not getting back to me after inquiring, I was a little frustrated but in the end it worked out fine. My Lola has found her forever home! I met the people and they were great. Thanks, Rescue Me!

This kitty has tentatively found a home. She was in a municipal shelter and pulled by rescue to find her a new home. Success! Thank you, Rescue Me.

Dear Jeff Gold, Founder of Rescue Me, 'Happy Dance, Happy Dance- Rescue Me has made my dreams of three years come to fruition. Adopting 'Jesse' was made possible by Rescue Me! I started by emailing breeders, they referred me to a rescue. I kept asking for Facebook friends that had a mutual interest in the beauty and the continuance of the breed. In my heart, I wished for a girl who had become homeless as I was in 2007. I started over from point A. Well, things are better now, and the JOY in my heart, which is based on grace will grow once I can cuddle up with Jesse and taking little 'cat naps' (just couldn't resist). At the first of every month, I will be sending a humble tithe, to Rescue Me! so that another Fold or doggie will be matched with their forever home. Remember in 'The Lion King', was it Mufassa who told his son to 'Never Take More Than You Give'. I think Sir Elton John played and sang 'The Circle of Life'. I have had two requests on Facebook regarding: my networking and researching the breed and rescue sites. Praises that I found your site and your responding to my text and email questions. Thank you!

Yes, Buffy found a new forever home. A woman from Colorado actually flew to Reno and adopted him. He's in a wonderful new home, and the elderly former owner was so grateful. She was heartbroken but just couldn't care for him any longer. We had several offers for him, but this was the best fit for him. Thanks, Rescue Me Scottish Fold Rescue, for the adoption site!

We posted this Lovely Lady three weeks ago, we were nursing her back to good health. A wonderful lady adopted her, we delivered her to a good home today. We had never heard of Rescue Me! until three weeks ago, and are so glad to have found you. If the need should ever arise we would use this Rescue Me! again. Thank you for being here!

Rescue Me! was the most helpful site. I had so many requests for my kitty that it actually made the process emotionally easier to give away a beloved pet. I am so greatful for all of the genuine kind people who were interested in her. My heart is very heavy today as she was placed with an awesome couple who will undoubtedly spoil her like she deserves to be. I felt the kindness she will be receiving for her new chapter in her life. Thank you, Thank you to all of you who were interested in her and Rescue Me! does an awesome service to pets and their owners. Thank You!!

I am with a dog rescue group but when I saw this cat in the shelter I knew she was special. I came home researched and I was right. I waited until her last day and called the shelter..no cat rescue had asked for her so I did. She was beautiful ...actually stunning but not happy in a house with dogs. She moved in the guest quarters. I put her on Rescue Me and got a flood of request. I picked a Scottish family in Florida that really wanted her. They drove all night to my home once I gave them the word they were chosen to have this beauty in their home. Got pictures today and Folly's body language in all the photos was open and happy and she is making friends with their other cat. Have a happy life Folly.

Yes, I found it very helpful and Malcolm got a very good home. I am in Tulsa and a retired couple from Oklahoma City drove down to get him and they are keeping me informed of his progress. I miss him so much though... I am deeply appreciative. I volunteer for Animal Aid in Tulsa and they would not let me put him on their website! If I didn't love animals so much, I'd probably stop volunteering, but it's all for them. Again, thank you. I have three more cats and only 1 that is probably adoptable, but he's so low maintenance, I will really have to get even further in a bind to give him up. Ginny Honea
